Construction of the infrastructure and services for 4 towers for the Oceanna Atlantic Resort in Nigeria. The resort is a mixed use development set to redefine the skyline of Lagos State. The towers will be situated on Water Corporation Drive, off Ligali Ayorinde, Victoria Island. The development will consist of 4 towers: 2 mixed-used (retail, hotel and offices) and 2 residential blocks in the first phase of the project. The 4 towers are: The Oceanna Cerulean, The Oceanna Indigo, The Oceanna Aqua and The Oceanna Azure. The project will be built over several phases. Project value : N40 billion.
