About this development
Construction of the Indigo Tower as part of a development of 4 towers to be know as the Oceanna, Atlantic Resort in Nigeria. The Oceanna is a mixed use development set to redefine the skyline of Lagos State and will be situated on Water Corporation Drive, off Ligali Ayorinde, Victoria Island. The Indigo tower consists of 26 floors, comprising 12 hotel floors, 6 commercial floors, 4 recreational floors, 4 floors for parking and a lobby. The entire development will eventually consist of 4 towers: 2 mixed-used (retail, hotel and offices) and 2 residential blocks in the first phase of the project. The 4 towers are: The Oceanna Cerulean, The Oceanna Indigo, The Oceanna Aqua and The Oceanna Azure. The project will be built over several phases. Project value : N40 billion.
