Construction of the Cerulean Tower for the Oceanna Atlantic Resort in Nigeria. The resort is a mixed use development set to redefine the skyline of Lagos State. The Cerulean tower is a mixed use tower of 18 floors, comprises a lobby, 1 retail floor, 3 commercial floors, 7 residence floors, 1 recreational floor, 6 floors of hotel apartments and 4 floors of parking. The towers will be situated on Water Corporation Drive, off Ligali Ayorinde, Victoria Island in Nigeria. The development will consist of 4 towers: 2 mixed-used (retail, hotel and offices) and 2 residential blocks in the first phase of the project. The 4 towers are: The Oceanna Cerulean, The Oceanna Indigo, The Oceanna Aqua and The Oceanna Azure. The project will be built over several phases. Project value: N40 billion.
