Construction of the associated infrastructure and services, including the sewage treatment plant and associated infrastructure, including wastewater recycling facility, and two small dams for the new Oakhill School Campus. The Oakhill School is currently located in central Knysna, wishes to expand its facilities through the establishment of a new campus on a portion of Erf 4932, Knysna. This site is located in the Welbedacht area of Knysna, in the Western Cape. The new school campus proposed to be developed by Oakhill School on Portion A of Erf 4932 Knysna includes: A pre-primary school, primary school and a high school complex, comprising class rooms, cafeteria, library, IT centre, administration buildings, boarding establishment, staff accommodation, staff family accommodation and associated infrastructure and services (roads, parking bays, and piped services etc.). Sports complex, comprising indoor sports centre, clubhouse, cricket / rugby / hockey fields, athletics track, Astro turf court, cricket nets, netball and tennis courts, pool, workshop and associated infrastructure (roads, parking bays, and piped services etc.). Two small dams (wall height less than 5m) in the drainage line in the south east of the property for storage of water required for irrigation of sports fields and gardens.
