About this development
The development of hydropower resources in the country is a high priority to the Government of Rwanda and international experts are requested to provide advice in order to fully develop identified sites. The Nyundo Mini-Hydropower Plant Project is located in Gakenke District in the Northern Province of Rwanda and was selected as a project to receive pre-investment support from GVEP.
