Construction of a R 4.2 billion titanium dioxide pigment production plant in the Richards Bay Industrial Development Zone, KwaZulu-Natal. The prospective plant will process about 200,000 metric tonnes a year of waste slag from Evraz Highveld, producing about 80,000 tonnes per year of titanium dioxide pigment.
