Construction of nursing science simulation units and refurbishment of the new teaching complex at the East London Campus of the University of Fort Hare, erf 31154, 26 Church Street, East London, Eastern Cape. CIDB 7GB. The scope of works consists of: Alterations and refurbishment to the existing second floor open spaces of the physio gym and physio treatment to accommodate the speech therapy and audio simulation units as well as alterations and refurbishment to the existing fifth floor open spaces of nursing tutorial rooms, nursing clinical lab and law tutorial rooms to accommodate the midwifery, ICU, staff room, theatre, wards and casualty simulation units. The GPS marker has been placed at 33°01'16.3"S 27°54'16.9"E
