About this development
Construction of Phase 2 of the Pension Towers Project Located on Plots 15A, 15B and 17 Lumumba Avenue, Kampala, Uganda. The scope of works include: Completion of 4 basement floors of approximate total floor area of 22 660m²; construction of reinforced concrete ground and mezzanine floors of approximate total floor area of 10 312m²; construction of podium/conference floor of approximate floor area of 5 156m²; construction of service floor of approximate floor area of 5 156m²; construction of 2 No.7 storey towers over service floor, of approximate total floor area of 10 434m²; construction of 1 No. 26 storey tower over service floor of approximate total floor area of 17 520m²; construction of 5 storey reinforced concrete rear access ramps and car park of approximate total floor area of 4 448m²; construction of 2 floors above rear access ramps and carpark. The second phase consists of construction of three towers. The first and second towers will each have 10 storeys while the third tower will have 25 storeys, making Pension Towers the tallest building in Kampala. The building which has been redesigned twice, will cost sh264.8b, making it the most expensive and biggest building. The GPS co-ordinates are 0.320833, 32.577222
