Northrise University Expansion, Ndola - Residential

Construction of the residential component for the expansion of the Northrise University on a 256 hectare farm Plot No 30029 located along the Ndola Kitwe carriageway opposite the Twapia Township in Ndola, Zambia. The new Kitwe Road campus will comprise of the following components: A School of Business building with modern lecture theatres, classrooms and offices; two hostel blocks with lodging rooms, sanitary facilities and common rooms; a clinic with consulting rooms, medical stores, pharmacy and laboratory; two semi-detached, three bedroomed staff housing units, a central administrative building consisting of a conference hall, 2 laboratories, a lecture theatre and offices, 3 bedroomed housing units for the farm manager and foreman; network of roads, electrical supply and fibre optic communication facilities, water supply and sanitation reticulation systems.
