About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for the Northgate Housing Development which will include Triangle Estate made up of 630 residential apartments, 990 apartments at Northgate Estate and a further 875 at Thorne Estate. Apartments will measure 52m² to 76m². Central Park Estate, Flamingo Estate, Lakeview Estate, Valley View Estate and Camel Thorne Estate have been allocated approximately 3689 single residential plots in total. House sizes will be 60m² to 123m² while plots will range from 250m² to 750m². In addition, the development has planned sites for a 15 000m² shopping mall to be called Triangle Mall, the Kamfersdam Commercial Park, four primary schools, two secondary schools, three crèches, a sports complex and the North Lake Community Centre. The site is located on Portions 16, 42, 62, 30, 69 and 32 of the Farm Roodepan No 70 of the Sol Plaatje Local Municipality, Northern Cape.
