Apartments will measure 52m² to 76m². Central Park Estate, Flamingo Estate, Lakeview Estate, Valley View Estate and Camel Thorne Estate have been allocated approximately 3689 single residential plots in total. House sizes will be 60m² to 123m² while plots will range from 250m² to 750m². The site is located on Portions 16, 42, 62, 30, 69 and 32 of the Farm Roodepan No 70 of the Sol Plaatje Local Municipality, Northern Cape.
