About this development
Construction of a new lifestyle development in Botswana. The proposed development is to be built on Portion 2 of Farm 36-NQ. Portion 2 is approximately 945 Ha in size and is situated on the Eastern edge of Francistown sharing a boundary with the City of Francistown along Matsiloje Road. The development is to consist of a 22 hectare, centrally located mall, accommodating a variety of outlets, including shops, restaurants, cinema and will form the focal point of the Northern Gateway City. This is surrounded by four neighbourhoods which are self-contained and a line of showrooms, office park and a utility service centre.
