About this development
Construction of the civils and infrastructure for a mixed-use land development on 46.8 hectares of land held under title deed on Plot L 13132/M. The site is located only 16km from the Lusaka Central Business District on the Great North Road heading towards the Copperbelt Province in Zambia.The residential properties will comprise houses and high-rise apartments. The business and commercial properties will include a shopping mall, office retail park and a cinema hall. There will also be community services such as an administration centre, a police station, a nursery and primary school. Additionally, open spaces will be provided comprising public parking area, a recreational park, a sports area and a garden park. Provision will also be made for public utilities such as sewage treatment, water storage, a fire station and an electricity substation. Estimated project value : US$250 million
