Construction of the Village Walk, which will consist of 113 own title plot & plan houses of roughly 145m² each. The Village Walk will be built over 3 phases with the initial Phase 1 consisting of 31 houses. This will form part of the Nooitgedacht Village, a 25ha, mixed-use community estate. Nooitgedacht Village is a part of Nooitgedacht Estate, Stellenbosch, in the Western Cape. With it’s design inspiration drawn from quaint historic European villages, The Village Walk reflects a return to community life. The Village Walk is the first portion of Nooitgedacht Village to be developed and will include electronic village network; cobbled streets and special visitors parking; a village chapel; and 24-Hour security and access control.
