Development of a mid-market, internationally-branded hotel, Radisson Red, at the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, in the Western Cape. A 235 room, 8,000m2 international, mid-market hotel announced earlier this year will be housed in No.6 Silo and will open in early 2017. The operator for this hotel is expected to be announced in the upcoming months. The new upscale lifestyle select concept hotel is being developed and funded by the V&A Waterfront at a total capital cost of R380 million. 5-Star Green Rating (GBCSA)
