About this development
Construction of the V & A Waterfront’s first residential development in over five years since the completion of the V & A Marina complex, in Cape Town in the Western Cape. The seven storey residential complex on the water’s edge will have 31 one- and two-bedroomed apartments ranging in size from 70m ² to 157m ². Facilities will include a communal rooftop entertainment and relaxation area, with a gas braai, a 10mx3.5m ozonetreated and solar-heated pool, and a water-wise garden. No 2 Silo residential development will also have a 24-hour security system and private secure parking for all residents.
