The development will be situated on the corner of Madiba and Mutual Streets, in Pretoria, Gauteng.The scope of works includes construction of a new parking area, retail and residential building. This building will consist of one basement parking level, one retail level, three above ground parking levels and eight levels of residential units. The refurbishment of the existing Volksbank Building, and alterations to a portion of the Capital Towers building are included in the scope of works. Value is R107 million, this is for the infrastructure and the building components.
