About this development
Construction of the civils and infrastructure for the Ngoaka Modiba Park Extension Township, located on portion of the remainder of the farm Vooruitzigt 81, near the existing Ngoako Modiba residential development, within the Magisterial District of Frances Baard, Sol Plaatje Local Municipality, Northern Cape Province. The development will consist of 2500 residential erven over the total area of approximately 208 hectares, with each unit covering between 350m² and 400m². The approximate GPS co-ordinates are 28°43'44.0"S 24°41'24.4"E.
