About this development
Construction of an 8 level 12 400m² office building known as building 3 for the Nexus Waterfall Precinct land parcel 10 located in Waterfall City, between Magwa Crescent and Karkloof Crescent, Midrand, Gauteng. The precinct is designed around beautifully landscaped terraces framing the urban spaces. Each building will have a multi-volume atrium bringing in ample natural light and allowing for communal break away spaces and interaction. The buildings have dedicated basement parking within a super basement and a parking ratio of 4.5 bays per 100m² has been allowed for. Previously called The Atria and Waterfall Extension 124.
