Construction of a 30 000m² New Market Mall, on the corner of Heidelberg and Ring Road East, at the New Market Racecourse in Alberton in Gauteng. The entire development will consist of a regional mall, a hotel, fitness centre, conference and wedding facilities. The regional themed shopping centre will boast in excess of 200 stores, including cinemas, state of the art ice-rink and international venue and a selection of top restaurants and coffee shops.
