About this development
Development of a new major distribution and export centre for Toyota South Africa Motors (TSAM) on an 18 hectare tract of land in the Ekurhuleni Municipal District, in Gauteng. The site which is easily accessible from the R21 and the N12 motorways forms part of the Lancaster Commercial Park and is located adjacent to the OR Tambo International Airport. Phase one comprises of 40 860m² of warehouse, 3 475m² of offices and 7 300m² of covered loading area. There is a proposed further expansion (phase two) of 38 000m² warehousing and 7 000m² covered loading area. Estimated value: R363 million.
