Construction of a new tourist information and handicrafts centre (TICC) in Maseru, Lesotho, that would be linked with the promotion of the arts and crafts sector in the country. The project is proposed to be developed on a public-private partnership (PPP) model, wherein it is envisaged that the private player would largely be involved in operations and management of the TICC and in the promotion of the arts and crafts sector.
