Construction of new student residences at the University of Pretoria Prinshof Campus in Pretoria, Gauteng.The residence will provide accommodation to 304 students. The scope of works includes a residence for the House parents (200m²), a communal facility (730m²), 5 residence buildings (4 x 4 storey buildings of 6400m² each and 1 three storey building of 4800m²), a guard house, and a separate laundry room.The site work on this project includes the construction of a paved parking area, landscaping, fencing and widening the existing access roads.
