New Mauritius Hotel, Mauritius - Building

Construction of a new luxury resort hotel at Les Salines, in the district of the Black River in the south west of Mauritius. The site earmarked for the development of an overall extent of 17ha 1 177m² including both Pas Géométriques and freehold land. The principle components of the project include the following: 270 hotel rooms, 60 beachcomber branded apartments, mix of 2 and 3 bedrooms (150 rooms total), central area with facilities with a Porte Cochère, lobby, reception / guest services, lounge, retail, bar, restaurant / dining area etc, kids club, spa and a beach club.
