New Laboratory Buildings for Unisa at Florida Campus

Building & construction of various structures & a new entrance building for the Florida Campus of Unisa, Gauteng. The site is split into three locations i.e. Section 1 - Main Laboratories Building - main laboratory facility for the Depts of Chemistry, Physics, Agriculture and Chemical Engineering, is approx 10 542m² (excluding parking) & consists of a basement, ground, first and second floors. Section 2 - Engineering Building - includes the Engineering Workshop facilities for Engineering Dept of Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial and Civil Engineering, is approx 9 353m² & consists of a basement, ground & mezzanine floors. Section 3 - Gateway -This includes the agricultural centre for the Dept of Agriculture. The facility is approx 2 814m² & includes a number of single story structures for green houses, herbarium, potting sheds, display area, stores & lecture rooms.
