New Forest Residential Estate - Infrastructure

Construction of services and infrastructure for the New Forest Residential Estate, located approximately 20km from Nottingham Road and about 20 minutes from the N3, and is situated at the source of the uMngeni River in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. The minimum size of the plots are 4 000m² with a building footprint of 1 000m² to ensure minimum impact. The infrastructure includes country style roads, water from boreholes including purification plants as well as sewage treatment plants, resulting in the water usage being put back into the Estate.
