About this development
Construction of a new Engineering Building on the UCT Upper Campus, Western Cape. The scope of works will include: a new six-storey building of approximately 10 500m² gross construction area; alterations of approximately 1 700m² and extensions of approximately 700m² of conventional construction to the existing Snape Building and a new laboratory of approximately 500m² constructed within a previously excavated basement.
