About this development
Construction of a New Engineering and Parkade Building at the Main Campus of the University of Pretoria, Gauteng. The scope of works includes: Section 1- New Student area and bridge link over existing canteen area (800m²), Extension to the existing Aula theatre and new circulation area (1 500m²). Section 2- Reinforced Concrete Parkade Structure (26 800m², Two levels of Lecture Halls (10 000m²), new Entrance Roads with Guard House & Associated structures (600m²), Conversion of Engineering entrance to "Kicc & Drop" and new Library and extension to Musaion precinct (400m²).
