The United States proposes to construct a New Embassy Office Compound (NEC) in Maputo Mozambique. The project will consist of the construction and commissioning of a new office building approximately 15 820m² in size, marine security guard quarters, 921m² in size, shops, storage and maintenance facilities, approximately 1686m² in size, vehicle and pedestrian access control pavilions approximately 597m² in size, utility building 1004m” in size, bathhouse/cabana 399m² in size, vehicle parking area 9000m² in size. The site is approximately 4 hectares in size and located at the Avenida da Marginal, Maputo. Estimated construction cost : US$160 - 210 million.
