About this development

Construction of a R100 million new CO² capacity for SAB's soft drink division, ABI, the shortages last year were as a result of a problem with Sasol which produces the CO² as a by-product during some of its oil processes. This plant will in all probability be constructed in Gauteng at 125 Gibbs Road, Devland. 2 x 26 ton CO² above ground storage tanks will be installed.
