Construction of Residential 1 erf with a maximum height of 3 storeys for dwelling units for a residential development to be known as Nelspruit Extension 61 on Portion 9 (a portion of portion 1) of the Farm The Rest 454JT, within the area of jurisdiction of the Mbombela Local Municipality, Mpumalanga. Although the property is situated within the city of Nelspruit, it has not been assigned an address as it is still a farm portion. The property is bounded by built-up areas to the north and south.
