Nellmapius Project 3 - Commercial Component

Construction of the commercial component for Nellmapius Project 3, on the portion 149, part of remainder of potion 398 of the Willows 340 JR, in the Tshwane Municipal area in Gauteng. The project will involve the establishment and development of a mixed land use township which will include a residential component, an industrial component, a commercial component and a business component. The site is located in between the R104 and the N4 highway and west of Hans Strydom Drive amongst the suburbs of Nellmapius and Willowbrae Agricultural Holdings. The township is to be established in Nellmapius area Latitude : -25,7526 and Longitude : 28.3495.
