Ndola Campus Expansion

The Copperbelt University School of Medicine intends to partner with the private sector through a Public Private Partnership (PPP) for this project. The project is for the construction of students hostels and other supporting infrastructure at CBUSOM, Ndola Campus in Zambia. The project proposes : 1. 1, 000 students bed spaces divided into 85% low, 10% medium and 5% high cost bed spaces. 2. In and Out Patient Hospital 3. Large lecture theatre 4. Lecture rooms 5. Various laboratories 6. Multi-purpose hall 7. Office accommodation 8. Commercial park to enhance amortisation of the project.
