Construction of the services and infrastructure for the phase 2 of Nautilus Bay, located 2km off the N2, exactly mid-way between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth. A half-hours drive from George Airport and 10 minutes to the west of Mossel Bay in the Western Cape. The phase 2 development will comprise of an 18 hole golf course, residential erven, apartment and lodge opportunities and a clubhouse. A sports academy is also proposed.
