Construction of 2 access roads, a primary full roundabout access opposite Tol Street at the Inry Street/Tol Street intersection and a secondary stop controlled access will be off van Riebeeck Street, for the Namakwa Mall in Springbok in the Northern Cape. The existing electrical power lines and water mains onto Remainder of Farm Melkboschkuil no. 132 (Municipal land) will be redirected. The required electricity demanded by the developer will be 3.6MVA which needs to be supplied to the site, from where it will be distributed as required. The Mall will have between 22 000m² and 30 000m² GLA and between 880 and 1200 parking bays. The property is located on the vacant piece of land, erf 4711, outside the main centre of Springbok to the north of the town. Bergsig residential area lies south and west, the S.A van Wyk school to the north and the N7 highway to the east of the site.
