The total extension of N1 City Mall will see an area of 7.562 m² been added, with existing anchor tenants, namely- Foshini, Ackermans and Truworths doubling their floor space. Mr Price Group, will be extending their Home Store to 800 m². The existing finishes of N1 City Mall will be replaced with new floor tiles, modernized bathroom facilities, lighting and all existing tenants will also be upgrading the current look of their stores.
