Construction of the information centre and accommodation at the Laleni Dam, for the Umzimvubu Water Project in the Eastern Cape Province. The Laleni Dam site is situated approximately 17 km northeast of the small town Tsolo. Estimated value: R20 billion for the entire water project. The exact co-ordinates are currently not available however the approximate area of location is Laleni, 31°15'14.0"S 28°54'38.3"E
