Construction of a new municipal headquarters complex on the site of the existing Munitoria Building site bounded by Prinsloo, Proes, van der Walt and Vermeulen Streets in the CBD of Pretoria, Gauteng. The new headquarters complex is expected to comprise of several low rise buildings designed to express a common architectural ethos with a distinctive African character while at the same time representing state of the art applications of sustainable building technologies and a quality of work life environment that can adapt to the needs of future city governments as well.
