Nairobi City County Government has obtained approval from the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Unit of the National Treasury to proceed with the construction of a mixed use multilevel car park that will provide a minimum of 3 800 parking lots together with commercial retail space for rent in Nairobi, Kenya. A private party will be expected to design, finance, build, operate the mixed use car park facility for a period of 15 yrs and transfer it back to the County Government upon expiry of the concession period
