Construction of 100 townhouses, a swimming pool and tennis courts at a country estate at the Maritzburg Golf Club in Hayfields, Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal to be called Msunduzi Country Estate. The sites abutting the Golf Course will be approximately 700-800m² and will be single storey buildings. The sites abutting the existing residential area will be approximately 450m² and will accommodate a mixture of single and double storey units. The units may also be built on a common boundary with a party wall. A sectional title development for approximately 24 units is planned for the site adjacent to the existing Club House and which development will be a mixture of simplexes and duplexes with the duplexes being constructed at the lower level of the site.
