Design and construction of student accommodation on university land in Gweru, Zimbabwe. Midlands State University is the largest university in terms of student enrolment across its campuses in Gweru, Harare and Zvishavane. The current university facilities are not adequate for on-campus accommodation to all students. This is a low hanging fruit as the investor will be able to recoup the invested capital and the profits from student accommodation fees. The Midlands State University is seeking partners with the adequate capacity to construct the following project under a public private partnership arrangement.
