About this development
The Midlands State University is seeking partners with the adequate capacity to construct the following project under a public private partnership arrangement: solar energy project in Gweru, Zimbabwe. The university is envisaging to go green and use renewable sources of energy for all its power requirements. This will ensure that the university has constant and uninterrupted supply of energy. Excess power generated will be sold to ZETDC. The university is seeking a suitable partner with the capacity to embark on this project from design to full completion under the PPPs concept on land owned by MSU.
