Construction of a five star hotel on university land in Gweru, Zimbabwe. The facility will be the only 5-star hotel between Bulawayo and Harare thereby creating huge demand for the business and will also benefit from the business that the University generates through visiting schools, external examiners, conferences and sports events. As the provincial capital of the province, and also due to its central location, Gweru has high demand for accommodation.The Midlands State University is seeking partners with the adequate capacity to construct the following project under a public private partnership arrangement on a design build operate and transfer (DBOT) basis.
