MSU Commercial Centre Project, Zimbabwe

Construction of a commercial centre at the Midlands State University in Gweru, Zimbabwe. The scope of works could include: service station with tyre fitment center, supermarket, bookshop, banking facilities, pharmacy, hair salons, butchery, fast food outlets, grocery shops, boutique, stationery and printing facilities and will cater for the ever growing MSU student body currently at 17 000 (Gweru campus) and the surrounding suburbs in the eastern part of Gweru i.e. Windsor park, Deylsford, Harben Park, Nehosho, Adelaide Park, KMP and Senga. The project could be developed in phases. The university is seeking partners with the adequate capacity to construct the following project under a public private partnership arrangement an a design, build operate and transfer (DBOT) basis.
