Construction of civils and earthworks of the Msimbazi River Eco-Estate in the heart of the economic development zone of the Southern Basin, 491 Main Road, Kingsburgh, eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality, KwaZulu-Natal. The development will comprise of 720 two-bedroom flats within 48 blocks and a community centre. The estate will be fully fenced and will have a guarded entrance, and corresponding effective security system.
