The scope of works includes a double storey building with 60-90 bedrooms, parking bay, driveway, service yard for deliveries, security control guard room, swimming pool and sundeck, water bourne sewer system with septic tank, water storage tanks for domestic and fire-fighting use, mini substation for electricity connected to Eskom.
