Construction of a five star hotel and convention centre as part of the Mount Kipipiri Golf Resort comprising of an eighteen (18) hole golf course, a club house, a five star hotel and a conference centre, holiday houses, a theme park, a riding park and a botanical garden on 1400 acres parcel of land under L. R. No. 3777/416/4 in Kipipiri Area of County Government of Nyandarua, in the central part of Kenya. Other key features on the project will include a Botanical garden and a Theme park all spread out on the site to allow a recreational outlook of the project.The eighteen (18) hole golf course is the first phase the development of the Mount Kipipiri Golf Resort which is scheduled to be undertaken within a period of 2 years. The second and third phases comprise of a 5-star hotel and convention facility and holiday homes respectively. Estimated project value : Sh 22 billion.
