Construction of a shopping centre for the proposed Mount Kilimanjaro International Convention Centre in Tanzania. This convention centre will be the largest convention centre in Eastern Africa and it to be built in Arusha in the Themi HIlls location on a plot of land along Njiro Road. The convention centre will include under one roof: conference halls, exhibition space, restaurants, a hotel and a shopping centre and other amenities to make the new facility an all-in-one international meeting area. Estimated project value : US$250 million.
