The hotel will also have all the supporting units that are: male and female toilets, kitchen areas, restaurant, dining areas, laundry area, lobby, offices, meeting room, reception delivery yard and staff offices. The hotel will have a ground coverage area 2 050m² and have a building height of 16.15m.
