About this development
Construction of a new retail centre to be known as the Moruleng Retail Centre in Pilanesburg, Limpopo Province. The mall proposes 30 483 m2 of retail space. There will be over 80 stores, with major fashion, food, bank, grocery, doctor's rooms and other services such as a hair salon and post office included. The first of its kind in the area, it will accommodate over 800 parking bays and commuters will be catered for with a drop off facility. Estimated Project Value : R120 million
